I wrote a rude letter

To the House of representatives,
To Betty Brown,
you should too,
She told Asains to change their last names because they are too hard to pronounce.

“Rather than everyone here having to learn Chinese — I understand it’s a rather difficult language — do you think that it would behoove you and your citizens to adopt a name that we could deal with more readily here?” Brown said.

Seriously???
SO yea,
i told that bitch.
Hopefully they like don't call the FBI to hunt me down,
unless they're giving me money.
Freaking republicans.

Dear Mrs.Brown,

Were you serious or making a lame joke when asking Asian Americans to change their names? You want to waste resources to get people to shy away from their heritage? I am a half-Filipino half-black resident of Harris county attending Sam Houston State University and I'm proud of my hard to pronounce middle name. If you can't pronounce Chin or Chang there is a deeper issue than learning another language.
A second language is required in the high school and college core curriculum, so if it's not important; get rid of it completely. Make us all as ignorant as you so you won't get letters like this one.
I'm getting fed up with the way money is wasted in today's economy. Out of 14 billion dollars I cant get at least 3,000 a semester for college. It would help my family a lot, but whatever formula FAFSA uses for aid, apparently i have to be living in a box to get any.
I don't know exactly why i decided to write you this,
you care more about business because you are republican anyway,
I've learned a lot in college even though i'm only in my second semester,
maybe you should consider going back and taking a Political Science class at SHSU (we're like top 5 for criminal justice) and a Sociology course,
you'll learn alot,
the things you probably missed after integration and stuff like that. They left out a lot of about the accomplishments minorities have made to America, you know they call it a melting pot of diversity now!

Well, i just wanted to let you know how i felt,
I'll be studying for organic chem so i can stay in the honor society,
maybe it'll make being in debt more worthwhile.
