SOOO i m working on a project that involves me creating a collection inspired by ancient Peruvian culture. I've been working on it and i've been at a color loss BUT this teen vogue editorial is working for me :) I love it, im inspired. And yes, i still hate the class lol.

SUMMER on my MIND

Its the end of the year, and all i can think about is summer.
I don't know why i care,
probably bc i'll be out of HUNTSVILLE. UGH,
i dislike this town.
I can only be here enough, but don't worry, I'll be excited to be back by august LOL.
Im most likely going to work this summer, and that means....
MONEY! and that also means my annual shopping list!

Mini netbook :) My computer is a piece of garbage. I decided it will be used for homework only and i will blog from the netbook. UGH. I HATE my computer. ANY SPONSOR WILLING TO SEND ONE, MUCH APPRECIATED. My laptop is SOOO un reliable :/

I noticed there is alot of pink on this list...
I want this and the typical CLOTHING of course. I want a more sophisticated wardrobe so i want to sell my older clothes and get some new stuff. UGH a hassle kind of but yea, ebay auctions will be my BFF this summer :)

Im so ready for summer. I need to sign up for summer classes, i feel behind bc i haven't done that but i got some time. I just need to take philosophy. I want to do it online, or as a mini-mester.
Life is starting to fall into place. and i am happy. SOOO since i only work in the summer, i buy a ridic amount of stuff,  and i make this HUGE list. I'll be posting it next week, and im sure you'll want like half of it too!

Well, yesterday i was.

It was a great day. I got my scholarship :) AND I'm working on a new project.
More details later, but it involves a BEAUTY BLOG and HOUSTON events.
YAY for networking, i feel like i've been working so hard and its finally paying off.
I feel like alot of my peers are just sitting around waiting for things to happen,
But im trying to make it happen. I don't want to wait.
I want to be successful already.

SO I went to the library and discovered a HUGE section full of FASHION BOOKS! Biographies, style books, drawing books... IT WAS AMAZING. SO i checked out a few and im reviewing them slowly, i already read YVES SAINT LAURENT STYLE and i must say it is one of my favorite books! 
His quotes are so epic, 

If you follow me on twitter while i was reading the book i was writing alot of the quotes, he was truly inspirational.

I came across this forever21 in studio shoot.

SOOO the verdict is in.. kind of.

Basically i am in my second year of college, she only gives the scholarship to people in their third.
This is really lame.
I am pretty BUMMED  but I STILL GET ANOTHER SCHOLARSHIP,
its smaller, like $1-3,000 range. POSSIBLY. so idk, im happy with that, thats like my tuition anyway...
Plus the little $250-$500 i may get from the other one.

This is it, my completed case. I didn't know what to do, or have enough money to do anything really awesome, so i spent $15 and picked this. lol, i didn't originally plan on using 2 mannequins but i had space and depth so i did but didn't have shorts! I had to take a fabric and wrap it around, im tempted to go back and put my tie-dye shorts on it... hmmm.
IN OTHER NEWS: MY INTERVIEW IS TOMORROW 
PLEASE WISH ME LUCK, i really need this scholarship.
Im going to do a VIDEO BLOG before and after my interview so you'll get my nerves and what i felt right afterward, i think she picks whoever gets it right then and there so i'll have that news... AHH IM SO NERVOUS. until then, i'll be freaking out.
