Seeing the Light

1/2 of my problem is solved! :) I can breathe a little easier bc mentally I'm like 3/4 of the way out of my slump... And a cool part of the light is... I went to an awesome store today called BHLDN (Pronounced Beholden). It is from the same people who bring you Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie/free people and I love it! It's more geared towards the whole bridal thing... BUT OMG, The dresses and Atmosphere are amazing.

Sometimes, its ok to walk away from a "sure thing" if it goes against what you believe in. I'll explain my life in a long story post... it might be a vlog. Just know... I am seriously in a struggle (well, a few) but I see light at the end of the tunnel right now. And yes I know its MFW (Milan Fashion Week) but it's men's wear annnnd I have a lot on my plate right now.

In regards to my last post...Yes, I'm still waiting...But I have to have hope.

Fingers Crossed

So I am patiently waiting to sign up for the last class I need to take before I graduate. Its the last class I even want to take... and it's looking really dim for me. I have faith, and a back up plan... but omg... I really need this to work out. Le Sigh. I can not wait to graduate. No more stress of this kind ever again! Stress will come in another incarnation, but this... this is too much. That (and work) explains my absence. I hopefully will have it fixed by the time school starts (next tuesday/wednesday)... Until then, fingers crossed while I get my life together.

Is this real life? It's an in ear Mp3 player! Not going to lie, if they made headphones that looked like this, I would be all over them!The "MP3" Player is the bracelet, and the earrings are the headphones. I'm more obsessed with the headphone part.


I think that someone needs to get on top of manufacturing these in America... but I feel like I might lose it somehow.

Inspire Me

I want to bring back my friday inspiration photos... but I'm A day late. I'm about to get back into the swing of things. With "school" starting soon. My last semester of undergrad(after much tumultuous drama, I'm still playing waiting games... I'll explain later) ,My official internship date starting, I think I need to get on multiple grinds. Yea, I need to get on multiple grinds. But anyway, my inspiration is  Chaos. Much like my life. Architecture and mixed prints are so beautiful.

I'll Be Your Dynamo

So we all have heard enough of my obsession with Frankmusik over the summer. He disappeared recently and deleted his twitter. Well last night his fiance posted an update from Flop of the Pops blog.
He has changed his name to VDI (Vincent Did It!) and according to the interview:

F: What can we look forward to from VDI in 2012 and beyond?

V: Shit that I should have never stopped making.

This is GREAT news for people who have loved Vincent since Frankisum and complete me. He unleashed a track called DYNAMO and it's perfect pop, and exactly what you would expect to hear from him. Don't get me wrong, Do It In The AM was good, but he even admitted it was a totally different sound for him. When you have a great niche, stay with it. And he is.

Fall to Winter Transformation

She kind of chronicles fall to winter fashion, which is great because here in Texas the weather is confused and is going back and forth between fall and winter. No snow or anything, but its still confusing.

So it's 2012, I'm going to check back on everyone's progression in one month. I don't get what it is about a new year that makes people think they're going to change over night. You can try.
