As a pizza lover this is a simple recipe that is a little healthier but still tasty.
ALL YOU NEED:
2 zucchinis cut into 1/4 in sections.
salt and pepper
Olive oil spray
Pepperoni (or desired pizza toppings)
1)Toss 1/4in sections in salt, pepper, olive oil and and Italian seasoning
2) Cook on cookie sheet in oven at 350 for 2 minutes each side
3) take out and dress your mini pizzas. Start with your tomato sauce and then add cheese and toppings.
4) Cook in oven for additional 4 minutes.
