Current Crave : The Bagel Store

I came across these on instagram and DIED. I need these bagels in my life. I wonder if bagels are easy to make? I wonder if I can DIY these bc a dozen is $50! Not happening. At the end of the day they are just bagels!

Can a hip Houston bakery make these? But not for $50.

So if I find myself in NY maybe I will try to snag a rainbow bagel. Until then if anyone wants to share a bagel recipe with me I'll try to figure this out.
