In a quest to be better, I really need to update my desk snacks. I mean, I guess gummy worms aren't helping me get a summer body at all. I get pretty hungry throughout the day and I found this list of perfect pre and post workout snack from youbeauty.com. Some of these I know I won't like, but its a good outline for what to look for. This plus a ton of water should be perfect!
