Top tips for the best winter bod!

From dry and frostbitten fingers to red, irritated noses, there’s no doubt winter can wreak havoc on your skin. Luckily, there are a few beauty and body care tips you can do to help you (and your skin) survive the cold weather.
Keep healthy
You may feed a cold and starve a fever, but make sure whatever you’re doing is healthy. Cold weather makes it easy to overindulge in heavy, hearty meals, but it’s important keep eating lots of fruit – not only will you ward off any germy colds, but you’ll also feel more energized and inspired to get through a winter’s day .

Exfoliate and moisturize
These are the two most important things in your winter beauty regime. Get rid of dry and flaky skin with a gentle exfoliator like Johnson’s 2in1 Bath and Shower to improve blood circulation and combat cellulite. Pat--don’t rub—yourself dry after a shower and rub in a thick moisturiser to lock all the goodness in .

Go to bed
Your body automatically regenerates and renews itself during the night, so a good night’s sleep is essential. Tiredness will quite literally show on your face – you’ll be caught with dull skin, dark circles and a telltale yawn. Try to get into a regular bedtime routine; it’s important to get around eight hours of sleep a night. After all, it’s not called beauty sleep for nothing!

Target problem spots
Winter is the perfect time to get to work on any skin issues. If you have unusually itchy or flattened patches, this could be a sign of stretch marks. Stretch marks can develop when the skin is stretched suddenly, often through pregnancy or rapid weight gain . Most stretch marks will fade over time , however you can reduce the appearance with specially designed products such as Johnson’s Skin Perfecting Oil. Massage it in, pop on some toasty PJs and let the oils do the rest!
HAPPY WINTER!

That first picture just reminded me to get some powered sugar so I can put it on everything. I intend to get semi-fat this winter in an effort to finally grow some boobies :D
