GOOD EATS: Baked Kale Chips

Three ingredients, one great replacement for potato chips. So in my new endeavors of living in my own space, I have become quite the foodie. This simple snack is a new staple in my household, and I dare you to try it! Its super addicting :)
You will need:
Kale
Salt
Olive oil.

To Prep:
Preheat oven to 400.

Clean and cut Kale branches. I also cut the veins that are really thick out of habit. I just don't like that part of the kale.

Drizzle and toss in Olive oil.

Cover in salt to taste, I actually used a mixture of sea salt and Tony Chacheres for a little kick.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

SUPER SIMPLE, the brown ones are burnt so depending on your oven I would check on them every 5 minutes. They should have a crunchy brittle texture, like a chip.

GOOD EATS Y'ALL.

Interesting. Kinda reminds me of the seaweed chips everyone seems to be raving about. I would like to try those one day.
