Summer is coming and we are all trying to squeeze in time to shed a few extra lbs or tone up. I haven't had my dog to run and the rain and wintery seasons have kept me indoors. With this combination, I have definitely put on a few lbs. I am still within a healthy weight and BMI for my height, but it's not a norm for my body so I am working to lose a few pounds.
To solve not always having a moment to go to the gym or spontaneously go for a run with my pup, I found this at home workout. Since I don't do cardio often this is actually kind of challenging! I do it while watching TV so that it doesn't seem so tedious. I also break the larger sets up but the more you do this the easier it gets:

50 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches
45 Jumping Jacks 
45 Squats
40 Jumping Jacks
40 Jump Lunges
35 Jumping Jacks 
35 Pushups (I do wall pushup for these. Ya Girl does not like pushups!)
30 Jumping Jacks 
30 Bicycle Crunches
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Crunches
20 Jumping Jacks 
20 Squats
15 Jumping Jacks 
15 Jump Lunges
10 Jumping Jacks 
10 Pushups
5 Jumping Jacks
5 Squats
