I am really into being more active and eating right. Now that the sun is out I enjoy being outdoors or just heading out to the gym , and when I can't I do a few at home workouts. I shared my favorite indoor cardio circut here. I had the best mix going for the gym yesterday and I wanted to share my workout playlist with you. It works if you want to go hard either at home or the gym:

Working on toning this all up, but I am happy. Don't beat yourself up over your body. 

I mentioned here briefly that I have gained some weight since moving. It is crazy because I am heavier, but I feel like I look healthy. I am still in my healthy weight and only a 21.8 BMI. BMI is highly debatable because a man 6'5'' and pure muscle has a skewed picture of a healthy weight... However its a good baseline.

Underweight: Your BMI is less than 18.5.
Healthy weight: Your BMI is 18.5 to 24.9.
Overweight: Your BMI is 25 to 29.9.
Obese: Your BMI is 30 or higher.

I used to be 19.5, so for me, even though I am still healthy I moved up a few points in the scale of 6 months. My workout journey is one of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, not so much trying to be bone thin. I definitely could have used some of the weight I gained though, just not all of it.
