For the 4th of July I put together a list of 3 desserts that you can make for the festivities tomorrow! They're all pretty easy and look super yummy.

HEB TEX-FEST
HEB Tex-Fest went on the past two weeks and I still need to try everything.
Urban picnic anyone? Daylight savings time is approaching and all I can do is think about all of the fun summer cookouts and picnics I want to have. Oh that Texas heat, before it fully gets here HEB is having Tex-Fest and really showcasing products that are all about the big TX.
In hopes of getting summer time ready an easy snack for me to make is PB&J. This month at HEB Vela Farms is on display for a really awesome sweet tea jelly. Yes. Sweet tea + Jelly. It tastes amazing with HEB Texas Wildflower Honey Peanut Butter but the Cookie Butter is also an amazing combination.
I think I have mentioned the Sangria cane sugar soda before but it is also perfect on the go. Its made with cane sugar and in Temple, Texas. Talk about TX!
For all my friends that went to college out of state the number one care package item was Texas shaped chips from HEB. I fortunately went to college in Texas... so I never had that issue. I never heard of the Salsabout Texas salsa but its pretty good! Perfect to grab on the go for a picnic.

JOVIAL | Einkorn wheat
I don't know how long I have been reading my Jovial Einkorn cookbook and thinking of all the cool things I can make. I am trying to decide what I should make. This post has been delayed bc my pretzels came out ugly and ya girl is so busy, making bread takes forever. I have been on a quest for healthy snack because as much as I would love to eat chips and candy 24/7... I can't :(
The cookbook has a recipe for BAGELS, you know what that means? I SHOULD TRY TO MAKE RAINBOW BAGELS!
